Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
Shipping Issues & Delays
Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary.
In case of significant delays, customers may request a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
